Trucks & Trailers Ltd - M19 Widebody X-Class Kit.
Designed in collaboration with Trucks and Trailers Ltd, the goal for the M19 Body Kit was to give the Mercedes-Benz X-Class ute a look that was closer to the original concept deisgn. When the production model was released we saw an opportunity to take the standard ute and give it a style and personality that would be like something the AMG designers in Affalterbach would come up with themselves.
The finished product you see here comes as the result of many long nights from a dedicated team of people that had to use kiwi ingenuity and determination to achieve a factory finish on a bespoke piece of engineering.

Core M19 Widebody Kit
Not just made up from add on parts, our M19 kit included complete replacement panels. Manufactured using vacuum infusion with vinyl ester resin the replacement panels were lighter, stronger and more durable than standard fibreglass. This material had a higher resistance to stone chips and general wear and tear. Pictured are all the panels we replaced to create our M19.
The Core M19 Kit included these panels:
Replacement front bumper
Replacement rear bumper
Replacement front grille
Replacement front guards
Replacement petrol flap
Rear tray skins
Each M19 had it's own personality.
Our customers had the freedom to add some extras through accessories as well as changing the paint and finishing details to suit their style. We painted the spokes of wheels, added vinyl graphics, completed an entire colour change and added colour changing underbody LED lighting like in the photo below.
When one of our customers wanted his X-class M19 to sound as staunch as it looks we began the search for the best sound booster kit we could find. The solution we came up with made the M19 sound like a V8 Maserati using the same system that is standard on vehicles like the Audi SQ7.
